Listening to Eonian's new CD releases of UZI and Shake City is like taking a time machine back to 1989. Pack your hairspray everybody, because the location is L.A., and the night you have planned is a stroll down the L.A. Sunset Strip to stop in at a place like Gazzarris night club to check out some of the many local hair metal acts. These acts would probably sound much like UZI and Shake City. Some would be horrible, some adequate, some exciting. But, in the end, way too many of them.

On the 1989 album (left) Wake Me When It's Over:
Taime: Well, first of all, the title explains the kind of period we've been going through since we've been home. Just trying to find producers has been kinda like a nightmare, so we figured, Wake Me When It's Over. Because it was kind of like a bad dream.
